IN 2015:

The Environmental Center of San Diego, along with many national organizations, urges the California Coastal Commission to set an example for the rest of the world by conditioning Sea Worlds' request for a Coastal Development Permit to expand its tanks. The California Coastal Commission has a long history of concern for and protection of whales and other marine mammals.
